Welcome to The Card Collector Show (“we”, “our”, “us”). We operate this website to provide information about our Trading Card Game (TCG) events, products, and related services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with the terms set out in this Website Legal Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should discontinue use of the website immediately.

We also confirm that we hold full Public Liability Insurance for all in-person TCG events that we organise and host. Evidence of insurance can be provided to appropriate organisations on request.

By signing up for or participating in any of our TCG events, you agree to:

  • Follow the event rules, including but not limited to tournament procedures, codes of conduct, and any venue requirements.

  • Treat all participants, staff, and officials with respect.

  • Comply with the rules of the featured Trading Card Game (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.).

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for inappropriate behaviour, rule violations, or safety concerns.


5. Liability

While we strive to ensure that all events and activities are conducted safely and professionally, participation is at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to events.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence).

We maintain full Public Liability Insurance, which covers incidents arising from our negligence during organised events.


We do not allow anyone under 16 at our events unless they are accompanied by an adult. Adult take full responsibility for their well-being and must keep them supervised at all times.


Vendors at our shows are required to have their own liability insurance. We accept no responsibility for any items lost or stolen at our events. Vendors are advised to have appropriate security measures in place.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, photographs, event descriptions, and other materials referring to us (Card Collectors)—is our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.


You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

  • Use any of our branding for commercial purposes without explicit consent.


TCG logos and trademarked materials from game publishers remain the property of their respective owners.

11.Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets may be available on the door, although often our events sell out so pre-purchase is highly recommended.

No refunds are available. If an event is cancelled due to force majeure, (act of god) such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or national emergencies such government imposed lockdown, disease or war, then tickets will be valid for a future event.
